Pakistan Bikers Club Complaint Cell

PAKISTAN BIKERS CLUB

To ensure a trouble free performance every manufacturer requires that they be informed of the technical and mechanical problems encountered by a motorcycle rider. To facilitate the biker community of the country PBC has introduced the PBC Complaint Cell for the very first time in Pakistan. Whether you are facing a technical or a quality issue or have any kind of claim or a complaint against improper behavior of the dealer the aggrieved biker can either visit the PBC Complaint Forum at our website and post his complaint or inform us to have his complaint forwarded to the concerned motorcycle manufacturer. So far we have managed and forwarded such complaints from all the major cities of the country Karachi, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Nawabshah, Quetta, Faisalabad, to name a few. The idea behind this service is to ensure a friendly relation between the biker and the manufacturer and overall improvement in the quality of bikes running on our roads. On receiving a complaint we leave no one unturned to have the complaint addressed to; in a recent case we had to forward the issue to the parent company in Japan and the result was a satisfied customer.
