The Pakistan Bikers Club came into existence on Jan 15, 2007, founded by M. Zahid Malik with the aim of working for the welfare of motorcycling in Pakistan. The other founder members include Imran Bhatti, Mustfeez Ur Rehman and Abdul Sattar.
Pakistan Bikers Club was formed with the ideals of promoting safe riding and also to promote tourism through motorcycling. Considering the youth’s attitude toward motorcycling, the community shifted most of the stress toward educating them on the importance of safe riding.
Talking to MOBILE WORLD, Mr. M. Zahid Malik said, “We promoted activities in order to generate crop of responsible riders in the society, this was done in collaboration with governmental authorities; we have worked with TDCP, City Traffic Police Lahore to carry these objectives. The PBC community is one of its kinds where all kind of motorcycle owners are welcomed regardless of age and bike restriction. There is no requirement to join us except that you are willing to promote safe riding and are fond of tourism. Our activities and achievements can be tracked at our website; www.pakistanbikersclub.com.
