Kamaz is the world’s leading brand in heavy commercial and special vehicles being assembled in Pakistan by Bibojee Services (Private) Limited since last one year. The Company assembled more than a hundred trucks so far, which are run by private transporters all over the country quite successfully.

The Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PICT) received first consignment of locally made Ghandhara KAMAZ Trucks at KarachiPort from M/s Bibojee Services (Private) Limited.

Capt. Haleem A. Siddiqui, Chairman PICT received the keys of two vehicles. Capt. Zafar Iqbal Awan, Chief Executive PICT, and Salim A. Siddiqui, Executive Director (Technical) were also present on the occasion. On behalf of Bibojee Services, Brig. Tariq Khalil, Advisor, Saeed-ur Rehman, Director Marketing, Imran Rasheed, Sr. Manager Production & Projects delivered the vehicles, while Kamaz Company was represented by its Service Department Chief Specialist, Nikolay A. Dudin.

Kamaz Incorporated belongs to Russian Federation, among top ten truck and the eighth diesel engine manufacturers in the world. With their coordination, Bibojee Services has launched new generation Kamaz 6460 model as one of the finest Prime Movers in Pakistan having 6×4 configuration with state-of-the-art Euro-2, 360 Horsepower engine capable to carry load up to 50 tons.

Chairman PICT, Capt. Haleem A. Siddiqui stated that initially they have ordered for five Ghandhara Kamaz Prime Movers for running their port operation and container handling inside and outside the port. However, later on, they intend to have a big fleet for countrywide operations of their Terminal.
